We have compiled lists of frequently asked questions and queries about our services and processes. We try to answer as many questions as possible but if you need a more specific answer or you have a more detailed question, please talk to us.

How to use this page: If you cannot find your question, please search by using the 'Search in Page' function. Volume Photography FAQ

This part tries to answer the most asked question about bulk/volume photography events. Volume events are when a lot of different people's photos are taken in a short period of time and therefore there needs to be a sort of a process so no one doesn't get satisfied. If you cannot find an answer here, please contact us and someone from our team will reach out to you. Do not hesitate to contact us.

What is a Volume Photography Event?

This is when we are covering an event and there is more than a few subjects, for example a Holy Communion Ceremony where we are covering for 20+ kids.

When will I receive my photo proof?

Typically we send out image proofs no later than 3 weeks after the event is over. If you haven't received your email with the photos after 3 weeks, please contact us as there may have been some complications.

I haven't received my emails with photos!

Please check your spam folder/junk folder. Search for emails from anacaphotography@gmail.com. If you haven't received your email with the photos after 3 weeks, please contact us as there may have been some complications (mistakes in typing your email etc...)

I can't open my photos

Try to open the attachments from your desktop PC. Try using a different device. Try logging out and re-logging back in.
If you are still unable to open them, please contact us.

How can I order my photos?

‍If you would like to proceed with the order, please reply to the email in which we sent you the photos to choose from. Please write the full name (D03_9999) as this makes it easier for us. Also write the photo size. If you do not write any size, we will assume that you would like 5x7 matt print. If you have multiple photos we ask you do it like this:

This format reduces the number of mistakes the client and the photographer does as there aren't loads of numbers very close together.

What are the prices?

Prices change and vary from each event and shoot. Prices also depend on what the client requires, whether prints or digital files. Please get in touch to get an accurate price.

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes, we do. For orders of more than 10 prints, we slash around 50 cents off each photo. Please get in touch to get an accurate price.

What are the sizes we can print?

We have various print sizes and configurations. Here are some of the most popular sizes:
